If I understand your question- you are wondering why I take the L-Carnitine, fish oil, CLA and green tea throughout the day? The l-Carnitine and Green tea are to help with fat loss, and green tea has caffeine (unless you get the caffeine free). So I want that fat burning zone all day long. The CLA and fish oil are "good fats" and I am ingesting fats at every meal (except after training) so I have these sups instead of almonds or olive oil at a meal. Also fats slow absorption of carbs, so they keep the blood sugar from spiking, so fat is necessary throughout the day.Ready in 5 Weekshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00914521013407550834noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2035549516914971363.post-47317472635216932502012-03-24T12:41:00.752-07:002012-03-24T12:41:00.752-07:00Looking VERY good!

I take most of the same supplements, but, except for bcaa's, creatine, and glutamine, I take them in the morning along w/a multivitamin. What is the rationale for taking supps with meals and/or at different times of the day?

Thanks!Philnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2035549516914971363.post-68413906091919595972012-03-24T08:20:36.752-07:002012-03-24T08:20:36.752-07:00Sakura- Except the rice, I guess it is huh?
