Don't forget that many people have different opinions on the amounts of starches you should eat, but I think most everyone agrees that they are one of the first thongs to turn into fat, so I would NOT increase your starches at breakfast. My breakfast (I pretty much consume it first thing) is a a shake made of 35grams of oatmeal, one cup of soy milk, and maybe half a banana (or sometimes protein powder instead of the banana).
