I do the 'ol squeeze some lemon or lime on it the avocado and press plastic wrap against it. It will discolor, but a sharp knife gently scraped across the top layer will eliminate that very quickly. And...my family will usually eat the rest before I can get to it. I typically only buy them in season here when they are cheap.Ready in 5 Weekshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00914521013407550834noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2035549516914971363.post-45789066184310754752012-02-16T06:26:26.319-08:002012-02-16T06:26:26.319-08:00495lbs on the leg press??!!??!! Goodness gracious,...495lbs on the leg press??!!??!! Goodness gracious, I was proud of myself for doing 160lb! That just blows my mind!!! You are one STRONG woman! p.s. when you eat 1/4 of an avocado, what do you do with the rest of it? Is there a way to keep it from going brown that I've just not heard of?? I LOVE LOVE avocado but I can only eat them when my husband is home to share. Otherwise it's just too many calories.Charlottehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03215179500068016932noreply@blogger.com
